How do I track my shipment?
Go to My Orders → Click order → View tracking number. Click tracking number to see real-time location. You also receive tracking updates via email and SMS.
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on orders over 500 THB in Thailand. Standard: 50 THB. Express: 100 THB. Remote areas: +30 THB. International varies by destination. Calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, if order hasnt shipped yet. Contact support immediately with order number and new address. Once shipped, address cannot be changed. Ensure correct address before checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to 150+ countries. Delivery time: 7-14 business days. Customs duties may apply (paid by recipient). Tracking provided. Some restricted items cannot ship internationally.
What if my package is damaged or lost?
Contact support within 48 hours with order number and photos of damage. We will replace or refund immediately. All shipments are insured. Lost packages are investigated and resolved within 5 business days.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes! Express shipping delivers within 24 hours in Bangkok, 1-2 days elsewhere in Thailand. Select "Express Delivery" at checkout. Additional 100 THB fee. Available Monday-Saturday.
Can you deliver to PO Box?
Unfortunately, no. We only deliver to physical street addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted by our courier partners. Please provide a home or office address for delivery.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Some items cannot ship to certain countries due to customs regulations: Batteries, liquids, aerosols, magnets. Check product page for restrictions. We notify you before purchase if restricted.
Is signature required for delivery?
High-value orders (over 10,000 THB) require signature. Standard orders can be left at doorstep if safe. You can request signature requirement in delivery instructions at checkout.
