What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Bank Transfer, PromptPay, TrueMoney Wallet, and Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT). All payments are processed securely.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We never store your card details. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption.
How long does payment processing take?
Credit/Debit cards and PromptPay are instant. Bank transfers take 1-3 business days. Cryptocurrency takes 10-30 minutes depending on network confirmations.
Are there any payment fees?
Most payment methods are free! Credit cards, bank transfers, and PromptPay have no fees. Cryptocurrency payments have small network fees (typically $1-5).
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! We offer installment plans for purchases over 3,000 THB. Choose "Installment Plan" at checkout and select 3, 6, or 12 monthly payments through participating banks.
What should I do if my payment fails?
First, check your card balance and limits. Verify billing address matches your bank records. Try a different payment method or contact your bank. Our support team is available 24/7 for assistance.
How do I get an invoice or receipt?
Invoices are automatically sent to your email after successful payment. You can also download them from "My Orders" section by clicking "Download Invoice" button.
Do you charge VAT or tax?
For Thailand customers, 7% VAT is included in all prices. International customers may be subject to their local taxes. Tax invoices are provided for all purchases.
What currencies do you accept?
We primarily accept Thai Baht (THB) and US Dollars (USD). Prices are displayed in THB by default. You can switch currency in settings. Exchange rates are updated daily.
How does subscription billing work?
Subscriptions are billed automatically on the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before. You can cancel anytime from your account settings without penalties.
